Much of my work involves creating work-related educational programs for organizations of all sizes, across all sectors. Listed below are the scheduled offerings of various of those programs (see schedule), the range of offerings (see offerings) some of which include curricula and other details, and the topics which are most on my mind these days (see “topics”):
Offerings
The Courage to Teach—a three day renewal experience for those who teach.
The Courage to Lead—a three day renewal experience for leaders.
Principles and Practices of Courage to Teach—This five-day program combines a teacher renewal experience with exploration of how one might create similar renewal conditions in ones own teaching practice.
Dimensions of Dialogue—a program to learn the foundational skills of dialogue, and practice dialogue. Particularly valuable in organizations where important things are hard to talk about constructively.
Principles and Practices of Leadership—a graduate level course for those who lead for the public good—across all sectors.
Leading for Creative Results—a two-day seminar that combines leadership and negotiation principles in an experiential format.
Leading, Learning and Change—a keynote that explores how to create the mindset and the conditions for leading through times of uncertainty.
Coaching conversations—I coach a few executives who are particularly interested in the relationship among authenticity, effectiveness, reflection, renewal and action.
