Dear One and All—

I want to alert you to two opportunities for learning, renewal, and for strengthening your capacity for doing transformational leadership development work. I’m grateful to be a facilitator in both these programs, which are designed for two different leadership communities.
And both programs meet in my living room in West River, south of Annapolis, Maryland—in a beautiful natural setting along John’s Creek.

The first, the Leader Educator Program is an offering for those in the field of nonprofit elder service who are in an organization that is a member of Leading Age. As a benefit of Leading Age membership, a group of ten leaders are selected to work together over a period from May to August, meeting twice face to face, with virtual meetings as well, creating offerings to support leadership development in their field. The spark behind this offering is Wendy Green at Leading Age. And for more information contact Wendy or our colleague there—BreAna Moss (bmoss@leadingage.org. Application deadline is February 4, 2019.

The Reflective Leader Program is the second offering. It reaches out to the “rest of the world” (not Leading Age members).  A group of 10-12 leaders gather for five days—sharing perspectives and experiences, collecting tools and resources for their work in leadership development and creating a network of ongoing support.

People have joined the Reflective Leader Project from the worlds of medicine, education, research, the arts, government, and corporations.

Our next offering of the Reflective Leader Program is April 8-12, 2019.

Please email me or Lisa Brookfield (lisabrookfield@gmail.com) if you’d like further information on the Reflective Leader Program.

It would be a pleasure to welcome you to this work.  And please pass the word to friends or colleagues you think would be interested.

Take good care,
Judy
