In the past 40 years of leadership development programs Judy Brown has created, collected and woven together an encyclopedia of sorts-- of practices, processes, stories, poetry and experiences for the reflective leader. Her books, A Leader’s Guide to Reflective Practice and The Art and Spirit of Leadership touch on some of those resources.
Increasingly, she dreams of creating a way for a wider and more in-depth sharing of these structures, elements, and design of spaces that result in people feeling renewed, refreshed, reinvigorated as leaders. The Reflective Leader Project is shifting to support leaders in these challenging times. Judy is working to develop ways to connect and be helpful in this difficult season. While, we won’t be meeting in person for awhile, there is opportunity for online groups and support through the challenges we face.
